We are pleased to announce that Focus Electronics is an Authorized Service Center for the following brands of computer and printer products:

Please click on the corresponding brand and follow instruction as indicated.

To have your product serviced under warranty, you must produce a bill of sales. Our service center is located at 4509 13th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11219. Bring or ship your product, properly packed and fully insured, to this address .

Send accessories and software as indicated. Details may be found by clicking on the product brand. Opened toner should be removed from the printer and sent wrapped separately in a dark plastic bag. Should you have any questions before sending your merchandise, please email our service technician at gs@focususa.com.

We will service in warranty merchandise under manufacturer’s terms only. Abused or dropped merchandise is not covered by warranty.

 

If your product is no longer covered by manufacturer’s warranty, a non-refundable $35.00 bench fee will be charged to evaluate your product. A work estimate will be emailed to you for your approval. As a guide only, most hardware repair is $70.00 and software service is $80.00, plus cost of replacement parts. Should you decide to do the repair, the $35.00 will be credited toward the total cost of the service. Should you decide not to repair your unit, you must request that it be returned to you. Return freight charges will apply. Otherwise it will be discarded after 30 days.

When sending in your laptop please include adaptor, recovery software, battery. Do not send carry case.

When sending a desktop, do not send software, cables, or added connected peripherals. Do not send keyboard, monitor, printer, or external modem.
